Staff were excellent, so helpful every time I enquired about anything. Breakfast was outstanding, something for everyone, really relaxed atmosphere, lovely coffee/tea machines, couldn't be better. Room was fine, as expected it was a little shabby/ dated but clean and very comfortable, there was a certain amount of noise from other guests. Wi-Fi was perfect. I connected on 3 devices and never had an issue streaming or doing web calls. I used the Sauna, I agree with other guests, it's not clear that it needs to be booked and ideally ahead of time because it's very popular, but it was a lovely experience and 2 hours for around 8GBP was good value. I also borrowed a bike which was such a lovely treat, and it was a great city bike with a lock. I'm sure it's not always available but definitely ask.

We were a group of 3 healthcare professionals who transferred a minor to a hospital in Eskilstuna late at night. The trip to Eskilstuna, handover to the hospital staff, and lack of taxi service at the time took us till 4am to get to the hotel. Robert messaged me that he would extend our checkout to rest a bit, which normally is done at 11 am. He also reserved some breakfast in case we had missed it. These little things make the customer happy. Will recommend the hotel again. Malcolm

Friendly and helpfull staff, but understaffed at breakfast when it was a fullbooked weekend. Central location, close to everything. Gym well equipped.

Very nice place - central, comfy, with the best breakfast and super nice staff. The Booking.com had sold us a room that was not available. And the hotel was fully booked for the night. After many calls and long minutes on the phone the guy at the reception was able to give us a room after all. Instead of a twin we gota double room which in our case was what we actually wanted in the first place. The room was quiet and very comfortable. Even the lobby was very cosy and I spent some time there after check-out. The breakfast had a large selection of things available.

Comfortable beds, the hotel is located in the centrum . Very good breakfast.

I do not leave recommendations very often, but this time I just had to! The stuff members were just amazing, very kind and patient, one can leave the luggage if comes earlier and they even let me make an early check-in. This is how one hotel should be. Clean and like on the photos! Would gladly come again.

Lovely breakfast with lots of choices including fresh waffles. Very nice staff who were very helpful with parking payment and use of waffle machine nothing was too much trouble great customer service.
